From 18:00, aperitivo is served on our outdoor terraces overlooking the coastline. Join us before your table, or arrive directly at your reserved time from 18:30.

The Gold Room
Warm gold finishes, the stage and the kitchen behind glass give the Gold Room its own rhythm. Each table has a different relationship with the room: some look towards the stage, some towards the kitchen, others towards the panorama.

The kitchen sets the pace.
Every table is served by one kitchen, where Chef Simone Fusco’s brigade works behind glass. The menu moves from the sea to the fire, through pasta, fritti and tempura, to the chef’s signature dishes.

The sound of Chic Mama
From around 20:15, our resident DJ begins the soundtrack to the evening. Later, when featured in tonight’s programme, the Chic Mama Orchestra brings live music among the tables.
