Guests may reach the restaurant independently by taxi or private transfer, or request our complimentary shared shuttle service within the Positano area.

Yes. Chic Mama offers a complimentary shared shuttle service within the Positano area, subject to availability and operational conditions.
The service may be requested during booking or afterwards through our Customer Care. A request is confirmed only once you receive your meeting point and pick-up time from Chic Mama.
Can you accommodate allergies or dietary requirements?
Yes. Please let us know about any allergies or intolerances during the booking process or by replying to your confirmation email.
Our team will assess each requirement individually and make every reasonable effort to accommodate it safely. As in any restaurant environment, complete absence of cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, according to the conditions of the rate selected at the time of booking.
Cancellation, amendment and no-show conditions are clearly displayed before confirmation and remain linked to your reservation.
